CapTech is hosting a live AI Innovation Lab in Denver, where we’ll solve organizations’ business and technology challenges through innovative approaches, prototypes, and practical AI.

Submit a challenge your organization is facing today. That could include process inefficiencies, data bottlenecks, decision complexity, and customer experience gaps, or any other problem that’s costing your team time, revenue, or momentum.

CapTech will work through a curated subset of submissions as real-world case studies live at the event!

What to Submit

We’re seeking substantive, real-world challenges - the kind that resist simple fixes, such as:

  • Automation of manual work: Repetitive, rules-based tasks like data entry, reconciliation, report and SOP creation, document processing, or system handoffs.
  • Predictive capabilities: Decisions that benefit from foresight, such as forecasting demand, identifying risks, or highlighting customers, deals, or assets needing attention.
  • Operational efficiencies: Slow, inconsistent, or hard-to-scale processes, including bottlenecks, manual coordination, or workflows that vary across teams and tools.
  • Information access and insights: Difficult-to-find knowledge, from buried answers to scattered data that hinders decision-making.
  • Customer and employee experience: Friction points like multiple logins, onboarding challenges, fragmented experiences, or limited self-service.

The best submissions are specific, recurring, and linked to measurable business outcomes. Describe the problem - we'll explore the solution.

 What Happens Next

  1. Submissions received by Friday, August 7 are reviewed and evaluated by CapTech
  2. A selection of challenges will be chosen for the live event (mid/late September timeframe)
  3. CapTech teams develop AI-driven solutions against the selected challenges
  4. Solutions are presented live at the Denver AI Innovation Lab event
